McGill Law LLP , established in 2003, is a family-owned general practice law firm with offices in both East Providence and Wakefield. We offer comprehensive title and closing services and our staff has over 30 years combined real estate experience. Our attorneys are personable, professional and thorough. Cynthia B. McGill, Esquire Partner
Cynthia has extensive experience in general real estate matters including title work and conveyancing. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Rhode Island and her Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law. Since being admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1981, she has focused on residential real estate transactions. Cynthia has a wealth of experience representing both institutional and private lenders in the Preparation of all loan documents and has represented numerous individual clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate. Cynthia is a longtime member of the Title Standards and Practices Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Ryan M. McGill, Esquire Partner
Ryan’s practice focuses on real estate law, with an emphasis on the analysis and resolution of complex title issues on behalf of title insurance underwriters, individual clients, developers and institutional lenders. He has experience in both commercial and residential title matters, including the review and creation of title abstracts, title reports, title commitments, title certifications and title insurance policies. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA).

Nicole P. Dyszlewski, Esq. Associate
Nicole, the most recent addition to the firm, graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature. She received her Juris Doctor in 2004 from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Dyszlewski joined the firm in September 2005 and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Top
